You know you want to tone up, burn calories, fat and gain some energy right?  Well this short little workout will do the trick for sure.  Get your workout gear ready and take on this little fun fit workout.  Its short, Its doable even if you only have 15 minutes!  So, lets begin… 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest in between each exercise. Burpee, Push Up, 1 Leg Lunge, Russian Twist and Plank. Repeat anywhere from 3 to 10 times depending on your fitness level!
