What language do you use on a regular basis?  Do you find yourself saying things like… “i have to, I need to, I must, I should, i can’t … these are all words of necessity.

What if you started using words such as “I want to, I’d like to, I get to… words of possibility instead?

What do you get to do today?

I get to do the laundry because i have a washing machine that works and two arms to fold my laundry, how lucky am i?  I get to workout because I want to be fit, healthy and energized today.  I get to buy a stranger a coffee because its a nice thing to do and it makes me feel good too.  I get to work with some amazing clients because they want results and change.  I get to forgive myself today because i need forgiveness.  I get to say Thank You every chance i get to remind myself to be thankful for all that i have.  I get to hug and squeeze my big, huggable hubby today because i love him and he loves me.

Instead of thinking what do i have to do today ~ why not ask yourself, what do you get to do today?  Change your perspective, change your life.
