Part of taking care of our mental health includes taking care of ourselves physically!  Exercise increases serotonin levels and helps with depression and low mood.  You can exercise at home, at the gym, with a friend and with music to help pump you up!  Here are 4 Exercises for you!

curtsy lunge and jump, broad jump with 2 jacks, V sit with a twist, v-jump squat. Do each exercise for 30 seconds with a 15 sec rest in between… Repeat anywhere from 3 to 12 times depending on your fitness level!! Remember to have FUN!
