Just 4 exercises, 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest in between sets. Our first exercise, Burpee, jump squat forward and back, jumping jacks, lunge and hop up.  You can repeat this sequence anywhere from 3 to 10 times depending on your fitness level.  No excuses, do it now!  Enjoy :)
