Getting in shape and feeling great doesn’t have to take a lot of time and it can be done easily following some simple instructions. You are capable of toning up and getting fit in just a few minutes a day!

Today’s video is focusing on toning up the arms… biceps and triceps. Do 3 sets of 12 to 20 repetitions of these exercises.

First exercise stiff leg dead-lift with a bicep curl. 2nd Exercise – Touch toe jacks for 30 to 60 seconds, 3rd Exercise – Tricep overhead extensions, 4th exercise – Burpee for Cardio 5th exercise- Alternating bicep with a HOLD, 6th – bent over tricep extension from the hip. Lastly for core – plank and bring the knee in.
