key-iconTime Line Therapy ~ (TLT) is a powerful therapeutic process that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP, developed by Tad James, Ph.D. in the 1980s. It was developed by applying a therapeutic process to the concept that we store our memories in a linear manner in an internal memory storage system.  It is used to release negative emotions, such as anger, sadness, fear, guilt and shame and limiting beliefs (for example I am not good enough, I don’t deserve… unworthy) through hypnotic regression and unconscious learning.

Time Line Therapy® works on the theory that we have a root cause somewhere in our past for all negative emotions and limiting beliefs. TLT then allows for discovery of this root cause. Utilizing the time line, the client ‘goes back’ on their time line to rid it of negative emotions, limiting beliefs and decisions. The process is quite remarkable and quick.  The actual memory of the root cause disassociates with the emotion or belief causing a permanent change.

Time Line Therapy® can also be very effectively used in goal setting.  An image of a goal being achieved is then set as a future ‘memory’ in the Time Line. The unconscious mind goes to work to figure out what you need to do to fulfill that image. This is a truly remarkable experience.

key-iconHypnosis Or Hypnotherapy ~ Hypnotherapy is a skilled verbal communication, used during hypnosis, which helps direct a client’s imagination in such a way as to bring about intended alterations in sensations, perceptions, feelings, thoughts and behavior. In a typical hypnotherapy session, the therapist and client will decide together on the changes or goals that are desired.

Hypnosis can be applied to a wide range problems. Areas of application include anxiety and stress/PTSD conditions, weight Loss, pain control, addictive behaviors (including smoking, alcohol and substance misuse) overcoming fears, body healing, motivation and confidence issues.

Hypnosis is also used to enhance performance in several areas such as sport and public speaking.  When you first meet with your therapist and discuss the issues you want to work on they will work out a program of treatment with you and explain what will happen next.

Combining the practice of Hypnotherapy along with NLP & Time Line Therapy are extremely beneficial to produce maximum results quickly.

key-iconNLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) ~ NLP is both an art and a science, essentially, it is the study of how the most successful people in various fields achieve their results.  Tony Robbins uses NLP in his coaching.  NLP is also about understanding your thoughts and what goes on in your head to eliminate undesirable thoughts, patterns, and/or behaviors and then adopt desirable ones so you can create the life you want. Additionally, NLP is a model of how to communicate with others and ourselves that allows us to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve specific and desired results.

NLP Coaching is results focused. Your NLP coach coaches on the PROCESS of HOW people do what they do, rather than the content of why or what.  NLP Coaching is a do-with process, where your coach works with you to get your desired results; they assist you in discovering and utilizing your abilities to their fullest potential.
